Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 T flour
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 4 slices bread (processed to crumbs)
  • 1/2 c butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine undrained pineapple & eggs. Mix dry ingredients; add. Pour into buttered casserole, sprinkle bread crumbs over & drizzle with butter.
Bake 350˚ 45-50 min.

Make day ahead to be warmed, or cook longer.
