  • 6 slices store bought angel food cake
  • 12 tablespoons raspberry preserves

In a small bowl stir together yogurt, sugar and lemon zest. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve or up to 2 days.

*For Assembled Dessert:*
Cut angel food cake into 6 equal pieces. Top each piece with 2 tablespoon preserves, lemon cream sauce, and fresh fruit.
