Tomatoes Parmesan with Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups fresh broccoli
  • 2 T chopped onion
  • 2 T butter
  • 3/4 c sour cream
  • 1 T grated lemon rind
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400. Cook broccoli, drain well.

Saute onion and butter til golden

Add with sour cream and lemon rind to broccoli. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon broccoli mixture into buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Slice tomatoes in thick slices. Salt and pepper them. Arrange tomato slices on top of broccoli mixture. Cover with parmesan cheese.

Bake 20 minutes or til brown and bubbly
