Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs hamburger
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 pkg shredded cheese
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1/2 lb velveeta cheese
  • 1 can cream chicken soup
  • 1 sm can diced green chilies
  • 1/2 can evaporated milk
  • pkg tortilla

Preparation

Step 1

Brown hamburger with onions, drain and add taco seasoning.

Put meat mixture in tortillas with shredded cheese. Roll and place in baking dish seam side down.

SAUCE:
Melt velveeta, add cream of chicken soup, green chiles, evaporated milk.

Pour over top of wrapped tortillas and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
