Beef Stroganoff

A renovation of a really old recipe.

Ingredients

  • 600 g/1 lb 5 oz tender beef
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 200 g /7 oz chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 200 g/7 oz sour cream
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Chop the beef and marinate it with the paprika.

Heat the vegetable oil and add the onions. When the onions are transparent, add the beef.

Cook for 3 to 4 minutes and add the sour cream. Bring to the boil, season and serve.

*Chef Recommendations:*
Instead of sour cream, you can use low fat cream.
