Ingredients
- 8 + SERVINGS
- For the red wine, be sure to use a simple yet robust and reasonably tannic red such as Marques de Caceres or El Coto.
- 2 bottles red wine, 750 ml each
- 12 ounces Campari
- 12 ounces orange liqueur
- 8 ounces simple syrup
- 12 ounces freshly squeezed orange juice
- 6 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 2 broken cinnamon sticks
- 3 or 4 lemons cut into thin quarters
- 12 strawberries, sliced
- 3 or 4 small oranges cut into thin quarters
- 7 -UP as needed

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a pitcher, with ice. Store it in the refrigerator to keep the ice from melting and diluting the Sangria.
