Ingredients

  • 2 cups thinly sliced radishes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sliced red onion
  • 1 cup spring greens, pea shoots, frisee, arugula
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill

Preparation

Step 1

Toss radishes with salt and let stand 10 minutes. Drain off any liquid and transfer radishes to a large bowl. Add red onions and greens.

Whisk olive oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic and dill together in a small bowl. Add to vegetables and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
