Ingredients
- 3 lb. Chuck Roast Salt & Pepper
- 2 T. Oil--brown--cook with other ingredients until meat falls apart--2 hrs.
- 3 Cup Water
- 1 lg.can Tomatoes (not all juice)
- 2 med. Onions, chopped
- 2 sm. Chilies, diced
- 2 pieces Celery, chopped
- 1 tsp. Chili Powder / Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper, to taste

At end thicken juice with 1 1/2 T. cornstarch, if put on tortillas.
