Ingredients

  • 3 lb. Chuck Roast Salt & Pepper
  • 2 T. Oil--brown--cook with other ingredients until meat falls apart--2 hrs.
  • 3 Cup Water
  • 1 lg.can Tomatoes (not all juice)
  • 2 med. Onions, chopped
  • 2 sm. Chilies, diced
  • 2 pieces Celery, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder / Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

At end thicken juice with 1 1/2 T. cornstarch, if put on tortillas.
