Ingredients
- For serving:
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 lg. Onion, chopped
- 1 tsp ea Chili Powder, Oregano, Powdered
- Cumin Seed, Salt
- 2 tsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 1-6 oz can Tomato Paste
- 3-6 oz can Water
- 1 can Tomato Sauce
- 1 Cup Minute Rice, cooked
- Cheese, grated
- Green Onion, Chopped
- Olives, chopped
- Tomatoes, chopped
- Avocado, slices
- Lettuce, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Brown onion & meat. Add all ingredients except rice. Simmer for several hours. Add cooked rice about 15 min. before serving. Serve over regular Fritos.
Have prepared on a Lazy Susan:
Cheese, grated
Green Onion, Chopped
Olives, chopped
Tomatoes, chopped
Avocado, slices
Lettuce, shredded
Sprinkle cheese over meat sauce & Fritos. Top this with a little Ortega Green Chili Salza Sauce.
