- 6 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 22 ounces strained tomatoes, boxed
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper
- 1 pinch dried basil
- 1 pinch dried oregano
- 1 pinch dried thyme
- salt to taste
- 1 bunch fresh basil, chopped

NOTES : Makes 6 Cups and you would use 1 cup sauce for one complete recipe of the Best Pizza Dough to make two 12" pizzas or 4 8" pizzasUse a smal bunch of fresh basil (picked, washed, dried, rough chopped)
