Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce, low sodium
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Combine soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, scallions and garlic powder in a small bowl. Place steak in a pie pan and pour marinade over steak, turning to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours. Discard the marinade.
