Ingredients
- 2 Chinese sausages, cut into a small dice,
- 15 cooked prawns, shelled,
- 3 tablespoons canned peas,
- 750 g/1 2/3 lb cooked rice, or 250g/9 oz uncooked,
- 2 eggs beaten,
- 2 onions,
- 1/2 ActiFry spoon soya oil,
- 1 teaspoon salt,
- 1 ActiFry spoon water
Preparation
Step 1
In the ActiFry, brown the onions for 5 minutes with 1/2 an ActiFry spoon of soya oil.
Pour in the beaten eggs, add the peas and the cooked rice. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the dice of Chinese sausage and the shelled prawns. Sprinkle with a little cold water so that the rice does not stick together. Season with salt and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.
