Herb Marinade

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons shallots, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

Step 1

In small jar with tight fitting lid, combine all ingredients; add 1 tablespoon water and shake well. RUb on chicken or lamb and marinate 1 hour or up to overnight.
