Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Pour over chicken pieces in a nonmetal dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. Use marinade to bast chicken while cooking.
