Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place beans, water and garlic in a 2-qt. microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Yield: 4 servings.
