Ingredients
- 2 lbs. stew meat, cut in 1 1/2" cubes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled -- cubed
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 10 ounces frozen green beans, thawed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded -- cut in strips
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 16 ounces tomatoes, canned, whole

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients except beef broth, paprika, salt and tomatoes in Crock-pot. Mix beef broth, paprika, salt and tomatoes; pour over top and stir to blend. Cover and cook on low setting for 10 to 12 hours.
Serving Ideas : Serve over noodles.NOTES : This is lowfat (24% calories form fat. ) if you use trimmed eye of round or round roast for your stew meat.
