Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean pork loin, Cut in 1" cubes
- 1/4 cup flour
- salt and pepper, to taste (go light at first you can always add more
- 16 oz. tomato sauce, (2 8-oz. cans)
- 14.5 oz. canned diced tomatoes, Mexican style is nice
- 1 1/5 Tablespoons chili powder
- 15 oz. canned pinto beans, rinsed and drained (1 can) You can stretch this recipe with more beans if you like.
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic, about 1 clove optional

Preparation
Step 1
Cut meat into 1 inch cubes. Coat with flour. Salt and Pepper meat a little. Brown in 2 T. Oil. Drain. Add to crock pot. Sauté onions in pan with garlic till soft. Add to crock pot. Add rest of ingredients to crock pot. Cook on low 7 to 8 hours. Serve as is or serve over cooked brown rice or baked potatoes.
Notes:
You can also use this as a taco or burrito filling.
