Ingredients

  • 2

    pounds lean pork loin, Cut in 1" cubes

  • ¼

    cup flour

  • salt and pepper, to taste (go light at first you can always add more

  • 16

    oz. tomato sauce, (2 8-oz. cans)

  • 14.5

    oz. canned diced tomatoes, Mexican style is nice

  • 1⅕

    Tablespoons chili powder

  • 15

    oz. canned pinto beans, rinsed and drained (1 can) You can stretch this recipe with more beans if you like.

  • ½

    large onion, chopped

  • 1

    teaspoon chopped garlic, about 1 clove optional

Directions

Cut meat into 1 inch cubes. Coat with flour. Salt and Pepper meat a little. Brown in 2 T. Oil. Drain. Add to crock pot. Sauté onions in pan with garlic till soft. Add to crock pot. Add rest of ingredients to crock pot. Cook on low 7 to 8 hours. Serve as is or serve over cooked brown rice or baked potatoes. Notes: You can also use this as a taco or burrito filling.
