Cut meat into 1 inch cubes. Coat with flour. Salt and Pepper meat a little. Brown in 2 T. Oil. Drain. Add to crock pot. Sauté onions in pan with garlic till soft. Add to crock pot. Add rest of ingredients to crock pot. Cook on low 7 to 8 hours. Serve as is or serve over cooked brown rice or baked potatoes. Notes: You can also use this as a taco or burrito filling.
