  • 1 large potato, cubed
  • 1 large carrot, cubed
  • 2 1/2 C. water
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cans condensed alphabet soup, (10 3/4 oz)


Servings 6


Step 1

In a large sauce pan boil carrot and potato until they are tender. In the meantime brown ground beef and drain. Drain fat. In a large sauce pan. Combine canned soup, water, and browned ground beef. Drain carrots and potatoes and add to soup. Simmer for 5 minutes.

NOTES : You can make this as it is, or you can add in some extra frozen corn, or perhaps you have some other leftovers handy.
