Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 container (8 oz) sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese (about 4 oz)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. In 1-quart casserole, combine all ingredients.
Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with your favorite dippers.

FOR COLD ARTICHOKE DIP, omit Swiss cheese and replace with 1/4 cup grated Parmesan. Do not bake.
