Potato Bacon Frittata Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups frozen potatoes such as hash browns
- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes and cook 10 minutes or until golden brown. Stir together eggs and next three ingredients. Pour over potatoes. Cook frittata gently lifting edges with a spatula and tilting pan so uncooked portion flows underneath: until set. If center of frittata remains uncooked gently turn frittata over and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Cover with foil and let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with bacon and serve immediately.
