Mint Cheesecake Brownie Bars

Ingredients

• 1 family size brownie mix
• 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese
• 1 can (14 ounce) Eagle sweetened condensed milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 teaspoon peppermint flavoring
• Green or red food coloring
• Chocolate frosting

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degree fahrenheit.

Prepare brownie mix as package directs. Spread into well greased 9X13". bake for 15 minutes.

In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy, gradually beat in sweetened milk until smooth. Add eggs, extract and food coloring; mix well.

Pour evenly over brownie. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool, spread with frosting and cut into bars when cool.
