- 1 ⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- Minced zest of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- Salt to taste
- FOR THE SALAD, TOSS:
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 4 navel oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 ⁄2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 ⁄3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
