Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1 16 oz. can tomatoes
  • 1 16 oz. can whole kernel corn
  • 1 recipe corn bread (Jiffy)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain. Add tomatoes, celery and onion and cook until tender. Drain corn and add. Stir together and place in 9x13 baking dish. Spread corn bread mixture over top and bake until lightly browned.
