Ingredients
- Garnish:
- 1 lb flaky white fish
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 T. garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno, coarsley chpd
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chpd
- 8 flour tortillas
- sour cream & lime mixed (or mix w/ some wasabi)
- sliced scallions
- chopped cilantro
- fresh salsa
- shredded lettuce
- sliced avocado

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill to med high. Place fish in med dish. Whisk together oil, lime juice, garlic, jalapeno and cilantro and pour over fish. Let marinate for 15-20 min.
Remove from marinade and place on hot grill, flesh side down. Grill for 4 min on first side and then flip for 30 sec and remove. Let rest for 5 minutes, then flake the fish with a fork.
Place tortillas on grill for 20 seconds.
