Baked Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 4 Tilapia fillets
  • 3 Tbs butter, melted
  • 3 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbs capers, drained
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 2 Tbs chopped green onions

Preparation

Step 1

Place tilapia in an ungreased 9x13 baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt; pour over the fillets. Sprinkle with capers olives, oregano, and paprika.

Bake, uncovered, at 425 for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
