Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs. stew meat
- 3 or 4 large carrots, cut diagonal
- 3 onions, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, cut diagonal
- 1 green pepper, cut into chunks
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tablespoons minute tapioca
- Potatoes optional
- 1 cup water
- 1 #2 can tomatoes
