Asiago dip with crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup thinly slice green onion
  • 1/3 cup grated asiago cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms chopped
  • 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon parmiggiano cheese
  • 2 baguetttes cut 1/2" think slices diagionally

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven at 350F

combine the first six ingredients in a bowl puree this in a pocessor

spoon into casserole dish

sprinkle with parmiggiano

bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly

serve with toasted bread slices
