Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef stew
  • 1 small yellow onion peeled and halved
  • 4-6 carrots peeledled and roughly chopped
  • 4-6 potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 can Campbell's cream of tomato soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large bay leaf

Preparation

Step 1

Throw beef stew chunks, carrots, potatoes and onion into a heavy dutch oven with a lid. Open the soup and pour over meat and veggies. Do not dilute. Throw bay leaf on top of soup. Salt and pepper to taste. Don't mix or add water or other liquid. Cover.

Place in a preheated 250 degree oven for 5 hours. Go take a nap and in 5 hours be prepared to eat the most delicious stew with the tastiest brown gravy you've ever had!
