• 2 eggs
• 1 3/4 cups milk
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 3/4 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

mix all dry ingredients first in a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients


Combine wet into dry do not over mix should be a little lumpy
