    Stick butter

  • Onions

  • 16

    ounces sour cream

  • 2

    cans cream of chicken

  • 2

    cups cheese, shredded

  • 1

    bag hash browns, frozen

Directions

Melt a stick of butter and onions in a frying pan. Mix in a bowl 16 ounces sour cream, 2 cans cream of chicken and 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese. Add the butter and onions and stir. Add the hash browns and mix all together and add to casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for about 45 minutes or so or until hot all the way through.
