Tropical Mexican fusion salad

Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 cups cooked chicken (I seasoned it with some Mexican spices while frying in a bit of olive oil)
- 1 can black beans (15oz)rinsed
- 1 medium ripe avocado chopped
- 1 can of sweet corn (15oz) drained
- 1 tomato,chopped
- 1 small red pepper,chopped
- 2-3 cups lettuce
- 1/4 minced fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves,minced
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of chili pepper or Cayenne pepper-depending on your taste
- Garnish with tortilla chips,crushed

Step 1
In a large bowl mix all the salad ingredients.Mix all the dressing ingredients in a small jar,shake well and pour over salad,Mix well,garnish with tortilla chips.
