Brocolli with Seasame Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbs sesame seed, toasted
  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • 2 tbs ginger,grated, fresh
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper, crushed
  • 2 tbs sesame oil
  • 1 # brocolli, trimmed and cut into bite size pieces.

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together first 7 ingredients.
Heat oil in skillet or wok. Add broccoli and stir fry 3-5 minutes, or until crisp tender. Add soy sauce mixture stirring until thoroughly heated and well coated.
