A custard-like pecan pie made with NO corn syrup!

Ingredients

3 T. melted butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 T. milk
1 t. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Add sugar & mix. Beat eggs in a separate bowl & add to sugar mixture. Add milk, vanilla & pecans. Pour in pie shell & bake 30-40 minutes at 350˚, or until knife in center comes out clean.
