  • 1 (6 ounce) chocolate pie crust
  • 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 ounce) Eagle sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 ounce square semi sweet chocolate, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 300 degrees fahrenheit.

In a small mixer bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth.

Add egg and vanilla; mix well.

Reserve a 1/4 cup of butter. Add chocolate to reserved butter; mix well.

Pour vanilla batter into crust. Spoon chocolate batter over vanilla batter. Swirl batter for marble effect.

Bake for 35-40 minutes and let cool, then refrigerate to chill.
