  • 3 Tbls. reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 3 Tbls. Fresh lime juice
  • 3 Tbls. apricot preserves
  • 1 Tbls. dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest or peel
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a shallow bowl. Add pork or chicken, turning to coat. Cover the dish with plastic wrap; refrigerate for 2 hours, turning the meat once. Then you're ready to grill or bake.
