Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely diced cooked ham, chicken, or pork
- 2 tbsp. hot oil
- 3 finely sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 qt. cold cooked rice
- 1 finely chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
Step 1
Fry ham, chicken, or pork lightly in hot oil. Add mushrooms, rice, onion, and soy sauce.
Fry over low heat 10 min. Add egg; cook and stir 5 min. more. If color isn't dark enough, add a little more soy sauce.
