Potatoes with Goat Cheese and Thyme

Ingredients

  • 750 g/1 2/3 lb potatoes,
  • 150 g/5 oz goat cheese,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon olive oil,
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika,
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the potatoes into cubes and soak them for 15 minutes in salted water.

Dry them thoroughly. Cook the potatoes for 30 minutes in the ActiFry with the olive oil.

Break the goat cheese into pieces and mix with the thyme and paprika. Add to the potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. You can also add fresh thyme right before serving.
