Ingredients

  • 1 kg/2 lbs potatoes,
  • 1 l/2 pints milk
  • 1 ActiFry spoon olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut chips of equal thickness, each about 1/2 inch (1 cm)
square thickness. Soak for 30 minutes in the milk.

Dry the potatoes and cook the potatoes with the oil for 35 minutes in the ActiFry.
