Ingredients
- 800 g/1 3/4 lb potatoes
- 1 spoon olive oil
- 1 spoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 spoon saffron powder
- 1/4 spoon ground curcuma
- salt
Preparation
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut chips of equal thickness, each about 1/2 inch (1 cm)
square thickness. Rinse thoroughly in water; drain well. Use a clean tea towel to thoroughly dry the potatoes.
Mix the oils, saffron and curcuma in a bowl.
Put the chips in the ActiFry and add the mixture of oil and Sumak. Cook.
