Ingredients
- 800 g/ 1 3/4 lb potatoes, peeled and washed,
- 40 g/1 1/2 oz goose or duck fat,
- 3 cloves garlic,
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley,
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into slices about 3 to 4 mm thick. Wash and dry well.
Melt the goose or duck fat for 1 or 2 minutes in the actiFry. Then add the potato slices and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove the parsley stems and mince the leaves. Peel and mince the garlic. A couple of minutes before the potatoes are finished cooking, season with salt and pepper and add the minced garlic and parsley.
