Ingredients
- 800 g/1 3/4 lb roasting potatoes,
- 1 ActiFry spoon groundnut oil,
- 80 g/2 1/2 oz salted peanuts,
- 80 g/2 1/2 oz bacon curls or bacon crisps,
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut chips of equal thickness, each about 1/2 inch (1 cm)square thickness. Rinse thoroughly in water; drain well. Use a clean tea towel to thoroughly dry the potatoes.
Put the chips in the ActiFry. Drizzle the oil evenly over the chips. Cook for 35 minutes.
Pour the bacon curls or crisps into a food processor with the salt. Process into a powder about the size of breadcrumbs. Chop the peanuts finely. Mix together.
After 35 minutes, open the ActiFry. Spread the mixture over the chips and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
