Crock Pot Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs (1 1/2 lbs)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. minced ginger
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • red pepper flakes
  • green onions, chopped
  • rice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together and put in crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hours. Remove 1 cup sauce and combine with 1 Tbs corn starch, bring to a boil to thicken, then return to crock pot.

Serve over rice, top with green onions.
