Ingredients
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 cups Planters peanut oil
- 4 eggs, separated
- 2 1/2 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup Nabisco bran
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2 cups raw carrots
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups sugar

Step 1
Blend all the wet ingredients together, add in the dry ingredients. Stir in carrots, nuts and cereal. Beat egg whites until they come to a peak, and then fold them into the batter. Bake for 3-50 degrees Farenheit for 50 to 60 minutes. When cool, ice cake. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 250 gram package cream cheese, 2 cups icing sugar, 2 tsp lemon juice.
