Strawberry Jam

  • 8 c. ripe strawberries
  • 8 c. sugar (or at least equal parts strawberries and sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Let strawberries and sugar set until it makes a little juice. Bring to a boil and boil for 9 minutes. Pour into a flat dish to cool before you put it in sterilized jars or glasses, otherwise the strawberries will all come to the top. Seal with paraffin and put on lids if you choose.
