Creamy Fruit Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup marshmallow cream
  • 4-oz. light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, beat together marshmallow cream and cream cheese until smooth. Add yogurt and orange juice concentrate; blend well. Cover and refrigerate dip for one hour before serving with fresh fruit.

Hint: Use fruit on the bottom yougurt for a thicker dip. Blended yougurt tends to produce runny dip.
