Brown Butter Spicy Garlic Shrimp

  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pound shrimp
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley



Step 1

In a medium sized skillet over medium low heat add the butter. Cook until butter starts to foam, and turn brown. About 3-4 minutes.
Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Turn the heat to medium high. Add the garlic. Cook until the shrimp turns pink about 2 minutes each side. Add the lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Garnish with parsley and toss with pasta if desired. Serve immediately .
