Ingredients
- 4 c. rhubarb, cut in sm. pieces
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (3-oz.) box strawberry Jello
Preparation
Step 1
Combine rhubarb and sugar and let stand overnight. Then cook until rhubarb is transparent. Add 1 box Jello. Stir until Jello is dissolved. Cook until Jello sets. Delicious on toast and hot breads. Fresh or frozen rhubarb may be used. Other flavored Jello may be used.
