Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients

  • 5 c. rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 c. water
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 2 (3-oz.) boxes cherry Jello

Preparation

Step 1

Cook rhubarb in water until tender. Add sugar and cherry pie filling. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat and add the cherry Jello. Stir until dissolved. Ladle into containers and seal or freeze.
