Ingredients
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- 5 egg yolks
- 5 egg whites
- 4 tbsp soft butter
- 3 tbsp Grand Marnier

Preparation
Step 1
Process chips in food processor for 5 seconds. Add boiling water slowly and continue to process. Add yolks one at a time. Add liqueur. Add butter, a little at a time. Beat egg whites until stiff, then gently fold into chocolate (first add a little of the whites to the chocolate to lighten the texture and then add to the rest of the whites). Chill 3-4 hours before serving.
